Professional Designer
A form building tool for creating electronic forms. An Active Ink form is an ink enabled
document and supports the handwriting recognition capabilities of the tablet PC.
An Active Ink form mirrors the look and feel of a paper document, but incorporates all of the
advantages of a digital form.
An Active Ink form can be built from scratch, imported from a scanned image or converted from a
PC document. It supports the ability to create data entry fields for entering text,
check boxes, drop down lists and signatures.
Once the form has been built, it can be filled it out and tested using the Pro Client application,
which is included with the Professional Designer. The form can then be saved as an
Active Ink or a PDF document and linked to a Microsoft Access or SQL database.
The Pro Designer can be installed on either a PC or tablet PC.

Professional Client
A PC application for filling out an Active Ink form. The Pro Client displays the form
created using the Pro Designer. Data is entered using either a digital pen or keyboard
and supports the handwriting recognition capabilities of the tablet PC.
Once the form has been filled out, it can be saved as an electronic document and retrieved at a
later time. It can be emailed to others, exported to other applications and saved to a database.
The Pro Client can be installed on either a PC or Tablet PC.

The Service Manager
A tablet PC solution for field service professionals. It automates the process of
managing incoming service calls and emailing work orders to service technicians in the field.
When combined with the Active Ink Client, it allows the service technician to fill out
a form, capture a signature and generate an invoice.
Includes several service templates to choose from and a Form Designer to modify the forms.
