Active Ink's Service Manager automates the process of managing incoming service calls and emailing
work orders to technicians in the field. The work orders are filled out on a tablet PC and
forwarded back to the home office where an invoice is automatically generated. The whole process
of dispatching service professionals, filling out work orders and generating invoices has been
completely automated.
The Service Manager reduces your paperwork by creating an electronic form that looks like your
paper documentation. The electronic form enables you to write directly on the tablet screen as if
you were writing on paper. The form can be pre-filled out with data coming directly from your
QuickBooks® accounting system and then e-mailed to your techs for completion in the field. Once
the form has been filled out, it can be e-mailed back to the office where an invoice will be
generated.
